Despite the pool not being booked for a month, Chris & Emmett managed to do the pool-based part of the NARS last night.
Both posted efficient times - i.e. we didn't expend any excess energy with all that swimming fast thingy that the rest of you do. Last man in - 7'25".
Bring on the Boards, Bandages and Questions (BBQ) in 2 weekend's time(?)
